摘要
对工程建设前期阶段、准备阶段的工程造价控制进行了阐述,并对施工阶段及工程竣工阶段应注意的问题进行了说明,以确保结算质量和投资效应。
The following paper illustrates construction cost control in earlier stage of engineering construction, and explains the problems should be noticed in the stage of construction and completion, in order to ensure balancing quality and investment results.
