Experimental study on the effect of linolenic acid on enhancement of mice’s immune function

目的研究α-亚麻酸增强小鼠免疫力的作用的效果。方法分别以88．8、177．7、355．4nlg／kg·BW剂量的α-亚麻酸（以纯的α-亚麻酸含量计）给小鼠连续灌胃30—35d，检测各项免疫指标。结果α-亚麻酸能提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平，促进小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞的碳廓清和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力．促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应，提高小鼠NK细胞的活性。结论α-亚麻酸具有增强小鼠免疫力作用。

Objective To study the effect of α- Linolenic acid on enhancement of mice＇ s immune function. Methods α- Linolenic acid was consecutively orally given to mice with the dose of 88.8,177.7 and 355.4mg/kg body weight for the courses of 30 - 45 days and then various immune indexes were determined. Results α- Linolenic acid was capable of increasing the quantity of antibody - producing cells and the level of serum hemolysin, promoting the expurgation effect and the phagocytic function of mono- cyte/macrophage, stimulating delayed hypersensitivity and strengthening the activity of natural killer cells. Conclusion Linolenic acid is capable of enhancement of mice＇ s immune function.
