拉西地平改善原发性高血压左室舒张功能的效果评价

Assessment of effect of Lacidipine on the diastolic function of left ventricle in hypertension patients based ultrasound cardiogram

目的评价拉西地平对原发性高血压病人左室舒张功能的影响。方法原发性高血压76例，年龄60-81岁。随机分为2组，其中40例作为A组应用拉西地平片；36例为B组内服复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片。两组均连续用药8周，用多普勒超声心动图进行左室舒张功能观察。结果降压疗效总有效率A组为87．5％，B组为86．1％。两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。左室舒张功能各指标（E、A、E／A、DC）在A组用药前后比较差异非常显著．（P〈0．01），B组差异亦有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组比较，A组舒张功能各指标改善程度优于B组（P〈0．05）。治疗期间未见拉西地平严重不良反应。结论拉西地平对高血压疗效好、安全，且有改善左室舒张功能的作用。

Objective To assess the effects of lacidpine on left ventricular diastolic function（LVDF） in pstients with essential hypertension （EH）. Methods Seventy - sex cases of EH were randomly divided into two groups： group A consisted of 40 cases was treated with lacidipine ; group B consisted of 36 cases was treated with fufang lixueping anbendieding tablet, there were 8 weeks for therapy course in both groups.LVDF was assessed by Doppler echocardiongrapy before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in group A and B were 87.5% and 86.1% respectively without showing significant difference （P 〉 0.05） between the two groups.LVDF parameters （E.A.E/A.DC） were improved （all P 〈 0.01 ）in group A, It were better （P 〈 0.05） than those of group B. No severs adverse effect was found in treating of patients with lacidipine. Conclnsion Lacidipine is capable of reducing blood pressure and improving LVDF in EH patients,it is one of effective and safe drug for treatmeat of EH.
