深圳市部分基层医疗机构消毒监测分析

Minitoring and analysis of disinfection quality in medical institutions and community service centers in Shiyan District of Shenzhen City

目的了解辖区医疗机构消毒效果,找出消毒中存在的问题。方法2004、2005年连续两年对辖区21家消毒效果进行抽样监测。结果辖区消毒合格率两年合计为92.09%,社康中心消毒监测总合格率为95.35%,社会医疗机构总消毒监测合格率为89.78%,两者差异存在显著性(χ2=14.50,P<0.05)。结论消毒质量监测合格率逐年升高,但社会医疗机构消毒质量偏低,诊疗室空气、紫外线灯合格率仍然偏低,必须重点加强社会医疗机构的监督监测,规范紫外线灯的使用和诊疗室的空气消毒。

Objective To understand the results of disinfection in local medical institutions and improve disinfection quality. Methods Samples of disinfection were colleted from 21 institutions from 2004 to 2005 and the results were analyzed. Results The qualification rate of disinfection was 92.09% within recent two years and the total qualification rates of community health care center and social medical institutions were 95.35% and 89.78%, respectively, showing significant differenees（Χ^2 = 14.50, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The qualification rate of disinfection is enhancing year by year, but the disinfection quality of social medical institutions, especially the disinfection quality of diagnosfie and treatment rooms, ultraviolet lamps is relatively low. Thus monitoring activities be strengthened to improve the qualification quality in medical bodies and community health care centers.
