基于CAN总线的新型LED信号机状态在线检测的设计

摘要 最新研制开发出以LED半导体发光二极管为光源的新型LED信号机是一种高技术、高效率的新型光源,为提高铁路行车安全和装置的可靠性,应对现场LED信号灯的模拟量进行闭环控制,实现电灯状态和全部8个灯位的实时动态检测,发现故障后可及时进行维护,并且还可直接与微机网络结合,实现实时远程报警,对确保行车安全十分重要,详细叙述实现此功能的模块模拟量检测的软硬件设计。 A kind of LED semaphores with high technology, high-efficiency novel light source is developed which take LED semiconductor as light source, in order to improve railway traffic safety and dependability of the device, the analog quantity of on-the-spot LED signal lamp is controled through closed-loop, the state of the electric light and real-time dynamic detection of all eight pieces of lamp are realized to guarantee the devices in time after the default and combine with the computer network directly, realizing real-time alarm long-range. It is very important to keep traffic safety. The software and hardware design that realizing this function are introduced in detail.
