摘要
为减少我国铁路建设和运营对生态环境的影响,依据社会、经济、资源、环境和铁路5个子系统的相互联系建立绿色铁路评价指标体系,将人工神经网络和模糊数学结合在一起作为评价方法。对大丽铁路进行绿色铁路评价的实例验证表明,模糊神经网络方法在我国绿色铁路评价指标体系的运用是客观可行的。
In order to alleviate the influence of railway construction and operation on environment, the evaluation index system of green railway is established according to the relationship among 5 sub-systems, including society, economy, resource, environment and railway, and then the artificial neural network and fuzzy mathematics are integrated to be the evaluation approach. The essay also takes Dali-Lijiang railway as an example for green railway evaluation, which indicates that it is objectively feasible to apply the fuzzy neural network approach in the evaluation index system of China green railways.
