摘要
磷石膏、粉煤灰都属于固体废物.通过用磷石膏、粉煤灰、石灰及其它原料按一定配比加水制成料浆,稀释成一定浓度,注入模具成型,经蒸养、脱模、自然养护、烘干成为成品.利用以磷石膏和粉煤灰两种工业固体废物为主要原料生产的新型胶结材,生成水硬性胶结物,形成以三硫型钙矾石(AFt)为基本结构骨架、以硅酸钙凝胶(CSH)为粘结剂的微结构,生产内隔墙板或建筑吊顶等非承重结构内隔墙板.实验也确定了生产板材的磷石膏、粉煤灰最佳配比为120∶120.经蒸汽养护10 h即可脱模.经分析该生产工艺简单、达到需求标准、经济可行.
Phosphogypsum and fly ash are of the solid wastes. This paper introduces the current situation and prospection of the phosphogypsum and fly ash, Using the phosphogypsum, fly ash lime and other materials can make the lime by certain proportion. Then you can dilute lime for a certain density and pour it into the model. The lime can become the product through steaming, drawing of patterns, maintaining naturally and dry. The new-type glued material which is made by phosphogypsum and fly ash (two kinds of industrial solid wastes) can be changed into the rigid glued material. The material can form a kind of micro-structure in which the AFt is the basic skeleton and CSH is the adhesive. The material then can be made into the inside wall board or building and soon. At the same time, according to the experiment, the proportion of phosphogypsum and fly ash is 120:120 and the temperature must be kept for ten hours. Through my analying, the technics is simple and can reach the demanding standard. It is also feasible in economy.
