摘要
电子政务是现代政府办公的理想状态,使用方便,同时能大大提高政府办公效率。但是当今世界电子政务运用并不广泛,其原因就是在于电子政务的安全性,至今没有一个较为合理的安全方案。以往的数字签名多采用RSA算法,随着分解大整数方法的进步及完善、计算机速度的提高以及计算机网络的发展,RSA算法已无法保证系统安全性,提出一种适于电子政务的数字签名方案,从安全性、执行速度等方面论证了该方案的可行性。
E-government is an ideal state of modern governmental offices, which is very convenient to be used and can improve the efficiency of governmental offices. But it is not widely used in the world because of its low security and no reasonable scheme. Most of former digital signature arithmetic are based on RSA, however, along with the improvement of factoring large integers, the capability enhancement of computer and the development of network technology, RSA can′t insure the system security any longer. The essay raises a designed scheme of digital Signature for e-government and illustrates its feasibility from its security and running speed.
