2006年中国石油和化学工业发展形势平稳,经济效益有所增长,但增速回落。国有及国有控股企业仍占主导地位,私营企业快速发展。东部地区发展势头强劲,西部地区经营业绩得到改善。2007年仍保持增长势头,结构调整稳步推进,产业竞争力将进一步提高。
China＇s petroleum and chemical industries developed steadily in 2006. The benefit rose stably, but the growth tendency of it was a bit dropping. While the private enterprises developed rapidly, the state-owned and state-holding enterprises were still holding main parts of those industries. The industry in the east region of China developed quickly and the benefit of those industries in west region improved too. The growth will continue in 2007, with the industrial structure adjusted and competitive power improved.
