摘要
萘系高效减水剂合成工艺中水解反应过程的控制对最终产品的减水性能影响很大。对萘系高效减水剂合成工艺中的水解过程进行了系统的研究,结果表明,最佳水解终了酸度为28%~30%;由于水解终了酸度检测的滞后性,所以使用水解用水量和酸度双因素比单用水解终了酸度控制水解过程更准确;在满足酸度要求的情况下,尽可能减少水解反应用水量可有效提高萘系高效减水剂的减水性能。
The control of hydrolysis process of synthesizing technology of naphthalene-based superplasticizer strongly affects the water-reducing performance of final product. The hydrolysis process of synthesizing technology of naphthalene-based superplasticizer was systematically investigated. The obtained results show that the Optimum final acidity degree of hydrolysis process is 28% to 30%;due to delayed characteristics of determining acidity degree,so the hydrolysis process can be controlled more precisely through coupling the amount of water and final acidity degree in hydrolysis process than only using the final acidity degree, at the premise of meeting the requirement of hydrolysis acidity degree, the reduction of amount of hydrolysis water as much as possible can improve the water-reducing performance of naphthalene-based superplasticizer.
