摘要
目前国内具有自清洁功能的绿色外墙瓷砖的生产和商品化应用仍处于起步阶段。采用自制的纯水性无机二氧化钛溶胶,在普通外墙瓷砖上沉积形成光活性纳米二氧化钛涂层,可生产具有高附加值、环境友好的绿色外墙瓷砖。该绿色外墙瓷砖经太阳光或紫外光照射激活后,在自然条件下具有良好的有机污染物降解效果和自清洁功能。
At present the production and commercialization application of green external tile with self-cleaning function is only at the first time step. Adopting self made pure water titanium oxide (TiO2) sol for sediment and form photo activity nano titanium oxide coating on ceramic tile of normal external wall to make green external tile with high extra value and friendly environment which has better effect of organic pollutant degradation and self-cleaning function under natural conditions after activation by sunlight or ultraviolet irradiation.
