摘要
目的了解江苏省昆山市二甲基酰胺(DMF)职业危害现状,为预防DMF职业中毒提供依据。方法对昆山市使用DMF的企业整改前(2005年)和整改后(2006年)进行职业卫生调查;对作业场所空气中DMF浓度进行监测对接触DMF员工进行职业健康检查。结果使用DMF的企业有5家;工作场所空气中DMF短时间接触浓度合格率2005年(整改前)为42.86%,2006年(整改后)为75%;在岗期间2005年(整改前)对接触DMF的员工进行职业健康检查为1394人,肝功能异常为165人;2006年(整改后)对接触DMF的员工进行职业健康检查为1230人,肝功能异常为224人。结论昆山市DMF职业危害较严重,对使用DMF的企业应开展专项整治,督促各DMF企业进行职业卫生现场控制效果评价工作,提升企业职业病预防水平。
[ Objective] To learn the occupational hazard status of dimethyl formamide (DMF) in Kunshan and provide basis for prevention of occupational DMF poisoning. [ Methods] Occupational hygienic investigation was carried out on the application of DMF in Kunshan; DMF concentration in the air of the worksites was detected; occupational physical examination was conducted on the DMF -exposed workers. [Results] Among the 5 enterprises that used DMF, the eligible rate of the short -term exposure density of the DMF in the air was 42.86% in 2005 ( before the reform ) and 75% in 2006 ( after the reform ) respectively. 1 394 and 1 230 workers underwent physical examinations in 2005 and 2006 respectively; 165 and 224 poisons were found with abnormal liver function in the two years respectively. [ Conclusion] The occupational hazard of DMF is rather serious; renovation and evaluation work should be strengthened on the occupational hygienic work to improve the level of occupational disease prevention and control.
