摘要 目的探讨MPS2多功能自动进样器在职业危害因素正己烷、甲苯、乙酸乙酯等项目检测中的应用价值。方法将采集到的职业危害因素活性炭管样本解析后,分别用MPS2多功能自动进样器与手工进样方法在气相色谱上检测分析,其中在检测甲苯的同时进行平行试验和回收率试验。结果共采集职业危害因素样本74份,2种进样方法检测结果经统计学处理,乙酸乙酯t=3.0066,P=0.0039;正己烷,丁酮、甲苯、二甲苯结果差异无统计学意义;苯和乙酸丁酯因检出的样本数少而无法统计;甲苯的回收率和平行试验结果差异也无统计学意义。结论MPS2多功能自动进样器在职业危害因素检测中自动化程度高,检测速度快,检测数据可靠,具有实际应用和推广价值。 [ Objective] To explore the application value of MPS2 multi - function automatic injector in detecting the occupational hazardous factors like n- hexane, toluene and ethyl acetate. [ Methods] Activate carbon tubes of the occupational hazardous factors were collected and detected with either MPS2 multi - function automatic injector or manual injector; toluene was detected; meanwhile, parallel experiment and recovery rate experiment were conducted. [ Results ] 74 samples of occupational hazardous factors were collected, statistical analysis was made on the detection result of the two methods; the result of ethyl acetate was that t = 3. 006 6, P = 0. 003 9 ; no statistical significance was found in the result of n - hexane, 2 - butanone, toluene and xylene ; benzene and ethyl acetate were not able to be detected due to the lack of enough samples; the recovery rate and parallel experiment of toluene indicated no statistical significance. [ Conclusion] MPS2 multi -function automatic injector is highly automatized and rapid with reliable detection data; it is worthy of application and promotion.
