摘要
采用分光光度法对枇杷叶中总三萜物质含量进行测定.结果表明:φ(香草醛-冰醋酸)=5%溶液0.3 mL,高氯酸1.0 mL,60℃水浴15 min,冰浴冷却,加冰醋酸5.0 mL摇匀,在542 nm处测定,其效果最佳.标准曲线方程y=0.0044x+0.0012(r=0.9994),线性范围在100.00μg/L^1000.00μg/L,回收率为95.47%~99.76%.该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,重现性好.
To extract the total from Eriobotrya Japonica ( Thumb. ) Lindl, spectrophotometric methods was set up to determine the total triterpenes in Eriobotrya Japonica (Thumb.) Lindl. The result of experiment showed that the best reaction conditions was 0.3 mL of 5% vandlin/glacial acetic acid added to 1.0 mL perchloric acid solution,heating 15 min at 60 ℃ ,and the absorbance measured at 542 nm after being added 5.0 mL glacial acetic acid and cooling. The linear regression equation is y = 0. 004 4x + 0.001 2 (r =0. 999 4). Linear range at 100.00 μ g/L - 1 000.00 μ g/L. The rate of recovery is 95.47% - 99.76%. This method is rapid and accurate. Its repeatability is good.
