摘要 针对集中供热系统中供热点分散,难于调控管理引起的热能过量损耗的问题,设计了一种将GPRS,Internet,PLC等技术融为一体的远程监控系统,远程数据传输采用MODBUS协议,通过GPRS和Internet将无线数据传输与网络传输相结合构建虚拟专用网络线路,进行数据实时传输.运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,实现了供热系统的过程参数检测和控制的自动化,提高了热网监控管理水平. A solution to solve the problem of extra heat waste caused by widely-distributed heating areas and difficult real-time supervision management was put forward. This solution is a combination of GPRS, Internet and PLC etc. It also gives a introduction to the system and its realization. Remote data transfer adopts the MODBUS data transfer protocol. Data transfer channel, including wireless data transfer and network transfer, is a VPN that is constructed by connecting GPRS and Internet. At present the solution has put into practice and it proved to work well. It makes the supervisory automation of heating system come true, which develops the management level of heating management and brings better economic effect.
