摘要
采用由单片机ADμC812组成的智能水位传感器与变送器设计方案,设计了智能水位检测系统.介绍了信号检测与调理电路、信号变送器接口电路等主要硬件结构,以及信号采样、标度转换和信号补偿等软件流程.测试结果表明:传感器的输出电压与水位高低变化呈线性关系,可用于锅炉水位的检测.
A kind of smart water level detection system is designed by adopting the design plan of smart water level sensor and transmitter composed ADμC812 MCU . The author introduces the hardware configuration such as the signal detection and modulation circuit, signal transmitter interface circuit and software flow like signal sampling, scales transformation conversion, signal compensation and so on. The test result indicates that the output voltage and water level of the sensor show linear relationship, the sensor can be used for water level detection of boiler.
