摘要
研究酢浆草乙醇提取物的抑菌活性。以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为实验菌株,通过比较和分析不同酢浆草提取物浓度下细菌生长曲线的变化来研究酢浆草的抑菌作用特点。结果表明,0.01g/mL的提取物对摇床培养的金黄色葡萄球菌生长具有明显的抑制作用;但各种浓度的提取物对摇床培养的大肠杆菌生长均无抑制作用。得到结论,酢浆草乙醇提取物具有选择性抑菌作用。
Investigated the antimicrobial effect of Oxalis corniculata L. Drew the growth curve of Staphylocococus aureus and Escherickia coil by determining OD420, and studied the affect according to the change of the growth curve. Results showed thaf 0. 01g/mL extract of Oxalis corniculata L. had obvious antimicrobial effect on S. aureus, but all extract of Oxalis corniculata L. has not any antimicrobial effect on K coil The ethanol Extract of Oxalis comiculata L. had selective antimicrobial effect.
