摘要
介绍了多先路分析仪的结构及原理,它利用“多光路”对仪器进行校正,可以使分析工作者省去配制标准液的麻烦。硅表的设计是多光路分析法在水汽分析中的一种实际应用。仪器的测试范围为0~100μg/L,基本误差为±3%。
The construction and theory of the mult-light-channel analyzer are introduced which utilizes 'multi-light-channel' for calibration and tedious work to prepare standard solutions is avoided. The design of SiO2 monitor is one of practical application of mult-lightchannel analyzer used in monitoring of water and steam. The measuring range of the meter is 0-100μg/L,accuracy±3 % .
