摘要
首次分析了桔梗单倍体染色体核型,并与已报道的二倍体桔梗染色体核型分析资料进行比较,对它们的关系进行了初步探讨。它全由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成,第6号染色体具随体,核型公式为K(n)=X=7m(1SAT)+2sm属“1A”类型。
The karyotype of haploid Playtcodon grandiflourus was analyzed and was compared with the previous karyoo type of diploid Playt.codon grandiflourus and discussed their relationship for the first time was dcscussed. The results showed that it was composed metacentric chromosomes and submetacentric chromosomes. There was satellite in the 6th chromosome. The karyotype formula was K（n） = X= 7m（1SAT）＋ 2srn. It belonged to the type of 1A from the viewpoint of the karyotype recorded by Stebbins.
