摘要
目的:建立了抗鼻咽癌口服液中斑蝥素的含量测定方法。方法:选用DB-5弹性石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25um);检测器为FID检测器;柱温为150℃,保持25min;气化室温度为250℃;检测器温度为320℃;载气为氦气;柱头压力为140kPa;分流比为30:1。结果:斑蝥素在0.02~0.24ug范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998(n=6);样品的平均加样回收率为97.24%.RSD=1.35%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速.可用于抗鼻咽癌口服液的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a capillary gas chromatography(GC)method for quantification of cantharidin in an oral herbal liquid against nasopharyngeal carcinoma (kangbiyanai oral liquid). Methods:The GC assay was performed with a DB-5 capillary column(30 m × 0.25 mm,0.25um) with a FID detector. The temperature of column temperature was at 150℃, the gasifying chamber at 250℃ and the FID detector at 320℃. Helium was used as the carrier gas. The pressure at the column head was 140 kPa. Results: The linearity of cantharidin concentration curve was within 0.02 -0.24 ug( r = 0.999 8 ). The mean recovery of cantharidin was 97.24% ( RSD = 1.35% , n = 6). Conclusion: A rapid and reliable GC method is attainable in the quality control of kangbiyanai oral liquid.
