左旋卡尼汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of L-carnitine in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的观察左旋卡尼汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法实验组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注左旋卡尼汀2 g,1次/d,连用10 d;对照组单纯给予常规治疗。10 d后观察2组心绞痛和心电图的变化。结果实验组临床总有效率89%,心电图总有效率74%,对照组分别为63%和46%,2组有显著性差异,且治疗组未见不良反应。结论左旋卡尼汀联合常规药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect of L-earnitine in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods 70 eases of UAP patients randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of routine treatment, patients in the therapeutic group were given L-earnitine （2g/d） for 10 days, while patients in the control group were only given the routine therapy. 10 days later, the change of angina peetoris and ECG were observed. Results The effective rates of angi- na pectoris and ischemie ST - T changes on ECG of the therapeutic group were 89 % and 74 % respectively, compared with the control group（63 % and 46 % ）, P 〈 0.05. No adverse reactions related to the drug were observed. Conclusion The therapy of L-earnitine in combination with the routine drugs is better than the single routine treatment in the treatment of the UAP.
