摘要
该文提出以现在广泛使用的最小二乘法为基础的实用的多目标优化算法．通过与其他平衡计算方法的比较，显示出该算法的有效性，而且算法稳定，使用简单，便于工程应用．
Abstract The paper presents a practical multipurpose optimization calculation method,which has the current generally used least square method as its footing,Compared with other balancing calculation methods,this one is distinguished by its efficacy .stability and simplicity,making it suitable for engineering purposes.
