十一种中草药对血吸虫尾蚴经皮肤感染的预防效果观察

目的模拟接触疫水前预防性给药,观察11种传统中草药对日本血吸虫尾蚴钻肤的影响。方法分别用不同药液对小鼠进行灌胃,对照组给予生理盐水,再用日本血吸虫尾蚴感染小鼠。喂养46d后计数肠系膜静脉和门静脉中血吸虫成虫数,及肝脏中的虫卵数。比较各组的减虫率和减卵率。结果11种中草药汤剂均可使成虫数和虫卵数明显减少,与生理盐水组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论本研究所使用的10种中草药和1剂方剂对尾蚴钻穿皮肤均有显著抑制作用。此类消炎镇痛类中草药的防尾蚴效果可能与其抑制炎症反应有关,在血吸虫病的预防工作中有着广阔的前景。

Objective To observe the effects of 11 kinds of traditional Chinese herbal medicine （TCHM） to prevent the cercaria of Schistosoma Japonicum from entering cutis under condition of imitation of preventive administration of the drugs before the exposure to contaminated water. Methods The mice were infected with Schistosoma Japonicum after the TCHM gavage. The count of imagines in mesenteric vein and portal vein, and eggs in liver were taken after feeding the mice for 46 days. The reduction rate of the imagines and eggs in each group was compared. Results 11 kinds of TCHM decocrum could obviously reduce the number of imagines and eggs compared with the control （P〈 0.01 or P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The 10 herbs and 1 recipe in this study could inhibit the entering curls of cercarla. The effect of dephlogisticative and analgesic TCHM on the prevention of the entering curls of cercarla could be related to the inhibition of inflammatory reaction. The dephlogisticative and analgesic TCHM has vast prospects in the prevention of schistosomiasis.
