世界优秀女子400m栏运动员的速度特征分析

Velocity characteristics of world elite women's 400m hurdles

运用文献资料研究法、灰色关联分析和图表分析法,对第十届世界田径锦标赛女子400 m栏决赛前8名运动员的速度特征进行了研究。结果表明,女子400 m栏运动员速度总体变化趋势为“速度上升-高速度保持-速度下降”,第2栏、第6栏栏间速度与成绩关联最大,而这两个栏间正是运动员速度变化的转折点,也进一步表明加速能力、速度耐力水平是决定运动成绩的最重要因素;同时,对中国运动员黄潇潇的技术特征进行了具体分析并提出相应的建议。

By means of literature, grey correlation analysis and chart analysis, this paper made an analysis on the velocity characteristics of top eight women 400m hurdle in 10th World Athletic Championship. It was found that all the women＇s velocity show increasing, high speed keeping and decreasing trend, and the velocities of hurdle 2 and 6 highly correlate with performances. These indicate hurdle 2 and 6 are two turning points of velocity changing and the accelerating power and resistance are key factors of performances. Meanwhile, this paper made analysis on HUANG Xiao- xiao＇s technique characteristics and put forward some relevant advices.
