穴位注射治疗肾病血尿39例疗效观察和机制探讨

Observatiou on Therapeutic Effects of 39 Cases of Hematuria due to Nephropathy Treated by Acupoint-Injection and study on Their Mechanisms

采用中药穴位注射治疗肾病血尿３９例，基本痊愈１６例、好转１６例、无效７例，总有效率８２．０４％。动物实验表明，中药穴位注射具有抗氧自由基、降低血粘度及改善肾组织损伤作用。本治法未见明显副作用，是临床治疗肾病血尿有效方法之一。

Thirty-nine cases with hematuria due to nephropathy were treated by injection of Chinese herbs into acupoints.As a result,16 cases were basically cured,16 cases improved and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 82.04%,Experiment on the animal indicated that the acupoint-injection of Chinese herbs had the functions of anti-free-radical of oxygen,lowering blood viscosity and improving lesion of kidney tissue. Any obvious side effect was not found in the therapy.
