中小城市乡村旅游开发与发展对策思考——以三明市为例

Thoughts on Rural Tourism Exploitation and Development Measures in Small and Medium-Sized Cities

本文以三明市为例,探索中小城乡村旅游周边开发的可行性。在中小城市周边开发农业旅游,有利于旅游承载力的控制,更有利于生态效益、社会效益、经济效益三者的和谐;生态型农业旅游开发,有利于中小城市周边新农村建设,是农民增收的有效途径。同时对中小城市乡村旅游的发展提出自己的建议。

Rural tourism on the periphery of large and medium - sized cities is developed better while such industry is still under exploration on the periphery of small and medium - sized cities. This article takes Sanming as an example to probe the feasibility of developing rural tourism on the peripheries. We hold that the development of agricultural tourism on the outskirts will bring tourism capacity under control and enhance the harmony among ecological benefits, social benefits and economic benefits. Meanwhile, the exploitation of ecological agricultural tourism will benefit the construction of a new countryside on the peripheries of small and medium-sized cities. It constitutes a sound and effective way of raising the farmers＇ income. Thereby, suggestions regarding the development of rural tourism are submitted for the reference of the relevant government departments.
