摘要
我国自1995年起实施政府采购以来,政府采购工作在实践中不断发展,它在建立公共财政框架、节约财政开支、加强国家宏观调控等方面起到了十分重要的作用,但是政府采购并不是“包治百病”的“万能药”,其自身也存在这样那样的问题。文章对政府采购中的寻租行为的表现、影响及其原因进行分析,就如何加强监督管理、治理政府采购中寻租行为等方面提出了几点措施。
