针刺配合导管起搏抢救急性心肌梗塞合并严重心律失常的临床观察

Clinical Experience on Rescue or Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated by Severe Arrhythmia with Acupuncture Resuscitation and Cardiac Pacing

心跳骤停、房室传导阻滞或其他造成阿－斯综合征的心律失常是急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）主要死亡原因之一。我院采用首先针刺人中、郄门、三阴交、膻中、风池穴至心律改善、心率提高的同时，行床旁紧急心内膜起搏，提高了急性心肌梗塞危重症的抢救成功率。木文总结了２１例病例资料，认为针灸在ＡＭＩ合并心律失常时有复苏作用。

Arrhythmia of Adams-Strokes syndrome induced by cardiac arrest,atrioventricular block or others is one of mian death causes of acute myocardial infarction(AM1).ln our hospital,acupuncture was given at Renzhong(GV26),Ximen(PC4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shanzhong(CV17),Fengchi(GB20)points for improving heart rate,At the same time of the heart rate increase,endocardial pacing was immediately performed.As a result,rescue successful rate of patients of imminent and severe acute myocardial infarction was elevated.In the present paper,data of 21 cases were summarized.lt is considered that acupuncture has resuscitation for patients of AM1 with arrhythmia.
