福辛普利对老年高血压患者肾保护作用的临床研究

The protective effect of Fosinpril on kidney in elderly patients with hypertention

目的观察福辛普利对老年高血压患者微量白蛋白(UAE)尿的影响,比较不同半衰期转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)药物之间的差别。方法选择48例老年高血压2～3级患者,微量白蛋白尿(UAE)在60～670mg/24h,α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)在15～31mg/L。按序数分成均等2组:福辛普利组和卡托普利组,分别进行治疗前后、两组之间降压幅度、UAE、α1-MG的比较。结果福辛普利组和卡托普利组两种药物降压总有效率分别为94%和93%(P>0.05)。但福辛普利对UAE、α1-MG的效果明显好于卡托普利,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论福辛普利除有良好的降压作用外,尚有更好的肾保护作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Fosinpril on uric alphal-microglobuIin and microalbuminutia （UAE） in elderly patients. And to compare the differences of different half life angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. Methods In this study,48 elderly patients with stage of the 2-3 class hypertension were included,whose microalbuminuria（UAE） were 60-670 mg/24 h and uric alphal-microglobuIin（α1-MG）were 15-31 mg/ L.The patients were divided into 2 groups, that were Fosinopril group and Captopril group. The effects of anti-hypertension, UAE and α1-MG were determined with assay in before and after the treatment. Results The effective rates of anti-hypertension were 94% in Fosinopril group and 93% in Captopril group （P〉0.05）. But the effects to UAE and α1-MG of Fosinopril group were obviously better than that of Captopril .group （P〈0.01）.Condusion Fosinopril has good protective effect on kidney besides its anti-hypertension effect.
