Option menu applied in the training in teachers＇ own schoots is a training mode which is suitable for rural primary school teachers. The application procedure includes： firstly, schools make the training menu; secondly, each teacher make a plan of professional development; thirdly, schools set the effective training system; finally, assessment is needed to improve the results maximally.
