推拿配合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症34例

Treatment of 34 Cases of Prolapsed Lumbar Intervertebral Discs by Massage and Three-Dimensional Traction

目的观察推拿配合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法68例患者随机分为推拿组(34例,给予推拿手法治疗)和综合组(34例,推拿手法配合三维牵引治疗)。比较两组JOA腰痛量表积分、临床疗效和疗程。结果两组治疗均有效(P<0.01),且组间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);综合组疗程明显比推拿组短(P<0.01)。结论推拿手法配合三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,能缩短疗程。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of massage and three-dimensional traction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Sixty-eight subjects were randomly divided into control group（34 cases, treated by massage） and treatment group （34 cases, treated by massage ＆ three-dimensional traction）. The clinical effects, lumbago scores and treatment courses were compared. Results After treatment, good effects were obtained in beth groups （P〈0.01）, but no difference between two groups： treatment course was shorter in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Massage ＆ three-dimensional traction is rather effective for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, with shorter treatment courses.
