干扰素的分子生物学机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 干扰素(IFN)主要包括IFN-α、β和γ等,是一个大家族,具有多种调节功能,其生物学作用包括抗病毒、抗增殖、抗肿瘤以及免疫调节等。文中针对IFN的产生、信号转导路径以及发挥作用的相关分子生物学机制进行综述。
