高效液相色谱法测定复方庆大霉素膜中盐酸丁卡因的含量

Content determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in compound gentamycin pellicles by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方庆大霉素膜中盐酸丁卡因含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil Cl8柱，沆动相为甲醇-无水乙醇-水-三乙胺（70：10：20：0.05），检测波长为310nm，流速1．0mL·min^-1。结果盐酸丁卡因在2．24-22．42μg·mL^-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系，回归方程：y=-23.1819X＋109.46，r=0．9999；平均回收率为100．2％（n=9）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高，适用于复方庆大霉素膜中盐酸丁卡因的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To Establish a method for the content determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in compound gentamycin pellicles by HPLC. METHODS Kromasil C18 was the chromatographic column, the mobile phase was methanol-absolute ethanol-water-triethylamine （70 ： 10 ： 20 ： 0. 05 ）, the detection wavelength was at 310nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1,injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS The linear range of tetracaine hydrochloride was 2.24-22.42μg·mL^-1, （r=0. 9999） ;the average recovery rate was 100.2% （n= 9）. CONCLUSION The method was simple, rapid, accurate and high sensitivity, which can be used for the content determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in compound gentamycin pellicles.
