Determination of vitamin B_2 in the compound vitamin B-calcium pantothenate oral liquid

目的建立复合维生素B泛酸钙口服溶液中维生素B2的含量测定。方法使用紫外分光光度法测定维生素B2的含量。本样品加入1．4％醋酸钠溶液，在444nm的波长处测定吸收度。结果维生素B2在8～24μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9998，回收率为99．6％（n=3）。结论本法可用于复合维生素B泛酸钙口服溶液中维生素B2的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of vitamin B2 in the oral liquid of vitamin B complex containing calcium pantothenate. METHODS Use ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the content of Vitamin B2. The absorption of the sample which has been added with solution 1.4 percent sodium acetate is measured at 444nm. RESULTS The content of vitamin B2 within the range of 8- 24μg·mL^-1 showde a good linearity,r= 0. 9998 and its recovery was 99.4% （n= 3）. CONCLUSION This method can be used as a measure to determine the content of vitamin B2 in the oral liquid of vitamin B complex containing calcium pantothenate.
