高效液相色谱法测定骨康胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of icariine in Gukang capsule by HPLC

目的测定骨康胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法高效液相色谱法。十八烷基键舍硅胶；流动相为乙腈～1％冰醋酸（30；70），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长270nm。结果在0．08～0．80gg检测范围内，对照品质量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，回归方程Y=1242．1X-3．8，r=0．9999。平均回收率为99．6％。RSD=1、6％（n=6）。结论方法简便、快速、准确、可作为质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method for Icariine in Gukang capsule. METHODS In this method,ODS C18 column was used,Acetonitrile-1% Bcetic Acid Glacial （30 ： 70） was used as a mobile phase. The detection wave-length was at 270nm. RESULTS The detection range was 0.08-0.80gg. There was a good linear relationship between consistence and apex-area. The regress equation is Y = 1242.1X- 3.8,r= 0. 9999 o The recovery of the added sample was 99.6 % and RSD= 1.6 % （n= 6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable in quality control of Gukang capsule.
