摘要 为了实现背投影显示系统的超薄化,介绍一种新的背投影显示系统和双重功能屏幕的设计方案,利用屏幕对不同入射角的入射光线进行选择,采用高折射率的有机材料构成三棱柱屏幕微结构,设计出厚度为20cm的40寸背投影显示系统的结构。并对所设计的系统在ASAP中进行了模拟,得出了屏幕图像畸变、均匀性和像面光照度分布等性能指标,得到令人满意的结果。最后提出了改进方向。 A new design of rear projection display system on the basis of double-functional screen was presented in order to make the projection display system ultrathin. The configuration of a 40inch rear projection display system with its thickness of 20em was obtained by selecting the incident rays with different incident angle and triangular prism screen micro-structure constructed by materials with high refractive index. The simulation experiment was implemented with ASAP, and distortion, uniformity and illumination distribution of the image on the screen were gained. The experimental results were satisfied. At last, a method for improving the design was also put forward.
