摘要
用质量百分比为40%Pt/C+Nafion制备了亲水电极,并与Nafion112质子交换膜热压制备了质子交换膜燃料电池膜电极组件。用恒电流极化和电化学阻抗谱研究了电极组分对性能的影响,同时优化了各组分的含量。在碳纸基体和催化剂层之间引入了C/FEP催化剂支撑层,支撑层碳粉的优化载量为0.8mg/cm2,FEP的优化质量百分含量为40%。电极催化剂层Pt的适宜载量为(0.40±0.05)mg/cm2,Nafion的优化质量百分含量为30%。
A hydrophilic electrode was prepared with 40%Pt/C+Nafion, and the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) was prepared with Nafion112 proton exchange membrane by hot pressing. Influence of the composition on the performance of the PEMFC electrode was studied and the content of the composition was optimized in term of measurement methods such as constant current polarization and electro-chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The C/FEP catalyst-supporting layer was introduced between the carbon paper substrate and the catalyst layer. The optimal loading of carbon powder and the optimal content of fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) in the catalyst-supporting layer were 0.8 mg/cm^2 and 40%, respectively. The fitting Pt loading in the hydrophilic catalyst layer was ( 0.40 ± 0.05 ) mg/cm^2, The optimal content of Nation in the catalyst layer was 30%.
