海洋抗肿瘤活性物质的研究进展

Advance on Marine Antitumor Active Products

海洋生物是抗肿瘤活性物质的重要来源。迄今为止,已从海洋生物中分离得到许多化学结构新颖的抗肿瘤活性物质,可以归为肽类、大环内酯、多糖、生物碱、萜类、聚醚等类型,有望开发成新型抗癌药物。本文从海洋天然活性产物的主要化学类型及其生理活性方面,对目前国内外海洋抗肿瘤活性物质的研究现状及进展进行综述。

Marine organism is likely to be a prolific source of new natural antitumor products. So far, a number of natural antitumor products with unique chemical structures have been isolated from marine sources and many of them have been identified as peptides, macrocyclic lactones, polysaccharides, alkaloids, terpenes, polyethers etc. Some of these marine products are expected to become new anticancer medicines. In this review, the recent research on marine antitumor products classified by chemical structures and physiological activities was summarized in china and abroad.
