基于钻石模型的新疆牛肉产业核心竞争力分析 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,国家及自治区农业产业政策提倡大力发展草食家畜,新疆牛肉产业因此迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,但新疆的牛肉产业在发展中还存在许多制约因素。利用迈克尔·波特的“钻石体系”模型,从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略结构和竞争对手、政府、机遇六个方面对新疆牛肉产业的核心竞争力进行具体分析,并得出新疆发展牛肉产业所具备的优势基本都集中在低级要素上,而对产业发展具有重要影响的因素却处于相对劣势的结论。基于以上分析,就繁育良种肉牛,提高肉牛生产性能、政策扶持、强化社会化服务以及品牌战略等方面提出提升新疆牛肉产业核心竞争力的途径。 In recent years, the agriculture industrial policy of nation and Autonomous Region advocated vigorously developing the grass food domestic animal, therefore the Xinjiang beef industry welcomed the unprecedented development opportunity, but Xinjiang's beef industry also had many restrictions factors in the development. This article uses the Michael E·Porter "the diamond system model" to carries on the concrete analysis to the Xinjiang beef industry core competitive ability from six aspects-the element of production, the demand condition, the correlation and the support industry, the enterprise strategy structure and the competitor, the government, the opportunity, and obtains the conclusion which the superiority of the Xinjiang development beef industry basically concentrate in the preliminary essential factor, but the impor- tant influence factors to the industrial development are in the relative inferiority. From above all, we proposed the way to promotes the Xinjiang beef industry core competitive ability from aspects of breeding improved variety beef cattle, enhance beef cattle production capability, policy support, strengthening socialization service as well as brand strategy.
