湖南主产烟区烤烟感官质量特征及变化规律研究

Characteristics and Mutative Law of Smoking Qualities of Flue-cured Tobacco from the Chiefly Producing Area in Hunan Province of China

对湖南主产烟区烤烟感官质量特征研究结果表明:湖南是中国主要的优质烤烟产区,B2F、C3F、X2F等级烤烟的感官质量绝大多数都达到了一类烟指标要求。湖南烤烟感官质量部位间差异极显著、品种间差异不显著、年度间差异显著、大烟区间差异显著,烤烟感官质量具有明显的大区域特征。

This article studied the characteristic of smoking qualities of flue-cured tobacco from the chiefly producing area in Hunan province of China. The results indicated that Hunan province is one of the chief area of producing flue-cured tobacco in China; the most part of smoking qualities of flue-cured tobacco in grade of B2F,C3F and X2F are the first type of smoking quality. There is not significance difference in smoking qualities of flue-cured tobacco among breeds; there is significance difference in smoking qualities of flue-cured tobacco among stalk positions and among years and among the specify producing flue-cured tobacco districts; The characteristics of smoking qualities of flue-cured tobacco are obvious in intensive area.
