The article takes Taishan Trees and Flowers Scientific and Technological Demonstration Districts in Shandong Province for example and through the crossing and mixing of multi-subject in the planning and design of the demonstration districts, analyzes and researches theories and methods in the planning and design of modern demonstration districts. Compared to traditional agricultural demonstration districts planning, content of the modem agricultural demonstration districts is more adapted to the development demand of modem agriculture, its function structure and the space layouts are more perfect, it can produce more economy, ecologic and social benefit and eventually it can achieve its self-maintenance and sustainable development.
