血管紧张素Ⅱ及其受体1在实体肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)是机体进化过程中高度保守的内分泌网络,血管紧张素Ⅱ(an-giotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)作为其中主要效应的分子,除了在心血管方面的作用外,在肿瘤的发生发展、血管形成和转移中的作用正越来越受到人们的重视。据大量实验研究表明血管紧张素Ⅱ参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、浸润和肿瘤血管形成,在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用,为肿瘤治疗开辟了新的药物靶点。本文就血管紧张素Ⅱ及其受体1在实体肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。
