摘要
在玻璃基生物骨水泥中掺加不同含量及粒径的颗粒状β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP),制得复合玻璃基骨水泥,在生理模拟液(SBF)中浸泡,并在不同时间取出对其微观结构和力学强度进行分析。结果表明:颗粒状β-TCP的加入有利于促进骨水泥中羟基磷灰石(HAP)的生成,由于β-TCP的降解,骨水泥的气孔率提高,力学强度下降;并且加入的颗粒状β-TCP的含量及粒度对骨水泥的强度有明显的影响。本实验在加入合适的颗粒状β-TCP下得到了一个相对较好的配比方案,使试样的气孔率和力学强度均达到较好的水平。
The bone cement composite (BCC) which was made up of bioactive glass-based bone cement and doped with β-tricalcium phosphate granules, was immersed in the simulated body fluid. Its microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated in this paper. The results demonstrate that the addition of β- tri-calcium phosphate granules accelerated the formation of bone-like hydroxyapatite. The porosity of BCC increased with the increase of the doped content of β-tricalcium phosphate granules, while mechanical strength decreased with the increase of the doped content of β-tricalcium phosphate granules. The mechanical strength was also greatly affected by the doped content and size of β-TCP granules.
