Influence of SiO_2 on the Characters of TiO_2 Film

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备出SiO2溶胶和TiO2溶胶,以不同的比例进行混胶。用旋涂法在载玻片上进行制膜。借助于紫外-可见光吸收光谱、原子力显微镜分析了SiO2/TiO2薄膜吸光性能和显微结构。通过对金黄葡萄菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌实验表明其杀菌率达99%以上。 The silicon dioxide and titania gels were prepared respectively with sol-gel processing, and mixed each other with various proportions. The Films were prepared on glass substrates by spin-coating processing. The absorbablity and microstructure of SiO2/TiO2 films were characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The antibacterial experiments of the thin films on aureate staphylococcus and colibacillus show that the antibacterial efficiencies are 99% or more.
