2289例扁桃体切除术后79例出血原因初探及预防

Classification of 79 hemorrhage following 2289 tonsillectomy

目的通过回顾建科以来所行扁桃体切除术2289例,分析扁桃体切除术后的出血原因,提出防范措施。方法对扁桃体切除术后的所有出血病例(79例),从麻醉方法、手术方式及手术操作等方面进行综合分析。结果手术者的手术经验及手术技巧是决定扁桃体切除术后出血与否的关键因素。结论只要医患双方重视,加上手术医生有足够的经验,扁桃体切除术后出血是完全可以预防的。

[Objective] We conducted a retrospective study of 2289 patients to seek the causes of post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage that required surgical treatment, to put forward suggestions to prevention its occurrences. [Method] We synthesized these cases in the following aspects, such as anaesthesia, operation and process. [Result] We considered it the key factor in controlling the hemorrhage that the ENT doctor must have rich experience and skill in the operation. [Conclusion] We can totally guard against pest-tonsillectomy hemorrhage so long as doctors and patients attaching importance to the operation.
