摘要
应用计算机辅助设计和有限元网格划分的技巧和方法建立有限元模型,有效地解决矿用汽车货箱结构和尺寸庞大的问题。分析矿用汽车货箱受力状态,完成具有280万个自由度的大规模有限元模型的货箱强度计算。对2种载荷方式下的货箱进行理论计算和有限元计算分析进行了比较,结果表明,2种情况计算结果比较吻合。
With modern CAD method and smart skill of making mesh used, finite element (FE) model is established and the problem of structure of heavy truck body and large dimension are solved. The heavy truck body is analyzed with large FE model which has 2 800 000 DOF, and the results from theory and the element analysis are compared, and shows that the results are closed.
