摘要
在忽略钻头、钻铤和主动钻杆几何尺寸,且不考虑接头影响条件下,以相似理论为基础,运用模型试验,对钻杆柱的扭应变进行了分析研究。通过对φ50、φ89钻杆在相同边界条件下的实验分析,得到2种钻杆之间扭应变差异的规律,可为认识钻杆的全面性提供有力的保障,为钻杆的优化设计提供重要的参考依据,对工程钻进具有一定的指导意义。
Based on similar theory and using model test, mainly researches the torsional strain of the drill pipes in the condition of neglecting the geometry size of the drilling bit, drill collar, kelly bar and not considering joint impact. The rules of the torsional strain difference between two drill pipes can be gained by modeling and analyzing Ф50 ,Ф89 drill pipes in the same boundaries. These improve the more complete understanding of dill pipe and have the reference gist for the drill pipe design optimization, which provide guidance gap in engineering drilling.
