摘要
研制了一种性价比高的锚杆拉力测试系统。以高速单片机为主控器,MODEM通信接口,利用PC丰富的资源,实现了锚杆工作状况监测、记录历史数据查询和受力趋势计算机分析等功能。实验证明,测试系统为本安型,用于检测时,最大量程600 kN,测量误差<5%,测定实时可靠、抗干扰性能强、人机接口方便,具有良好的适应性和自保护能力。
A new intelligent pull testing system for anchor bolt has been developed. By using the technology of the control theory, the computer network, serial communication, single chip microcomputer. The system has function of monitoring work state for anchor bolt, recording historical data, inquiring and computer analyzing stress trend. It has been proved that not only has nice real - time control and convenient man - machine conversation, but it is nice adaptation and self-protection ability.
