摘要
阐述了开放式虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW的特点,介绍了在LabVIEW平台上结合数据采集卡和TCP/IP协议进行数据采集和远程传输的设计方法。在此基础上开发了基于计算机控制的远程数据采集和传输系统,对某桥梁的振动、应变和梁端纵位移等结构信息进行实时采集。应用结果表明所开发的系统实现了现场数据的网络化采集和远程传输、实时数据显示、分析、监控和数据管理等功能。
Characteristics of opening Virtual instrument LabVIEW were described. A remote data acquisition and transmission method based on TCP/IP and DAQ board was introduced. Based on this, a remote data acquisition and transmission system controlled by a computer was developed and applied to a steel bridge for its health monitoring. Vibration, strain and beam-end longitudinal displacement of the bridge were acquired timely using this system. The conclusion gotten from application shows that the system can realize the functions of data remote acquisition and transmission by network, data display in time, analyzing, monitoring and data management.
