摘要
以彭水电站引水隧洞弯管段混凝土衬砌定型模板为例,探讨了大型复杂定型钢模板结构有限元建模、约束处理和分析方法;通过近似等边矩形单元网格划分、考虑外支撑接触非线性和保持各构件空间连接效应,建立了不同衬砌段位置和支撑形式条件下的定型钢模板有限元模型;计算了不同工况下模板的应力与变形;给出了4种典型工况的分析计算结果,为模板结构优化及支撑选择找到依据.
Taking the set-shaped steel formworks used for concrete lining of curved tunnel-guide in the Pengshui Hydropower Station for example, a method of finite element modeling, restraint and analysis of a large and complex set-shaped steel formwork is discussed. Finite element models for set-shaped steel formworks analysis in the condition of different lining segments and supports are built, which include regular-approximately rectangle mesh cells and the nonlinear boundary conditions from supports and surface-formworks contact, and hold space joints of components availably. Based on the models, stress and strain of set-shaped steel formworks in different conditions is computed. By analyzing, calculating and comparing, the results in four typical conditions are described. The results can be regarded as the basis of structure optimization and support design of the set-shaped steel formwork.
